There already exists bars in which the price of drinks fluctuate like on the stock market, with the difference that it does not work like the stock market.

Create a system in which many bars are interconnected into one single market. Any regular drinker can open an account (not just for a night, but permanent) to:

1. purchase drinks from other users or the bars.
2. sell drinks to other users or the bars.
3. exchange drinks with other users.
4. drink this account dry.

You can upload credits onto your account with a conversion rate €1 = 1 credit (the money can be automatically withdrawn from a credit card). Credits is the currency used to barter.

You can buy drinks in or from one bar and sell them in or to another one, don’t have to be present, can use mobile phone or contact the bartender to do the transfers. This way, it is ensured that bars offer competitive prices.

There might be a weekly charge or interest rate on the holdings on the accounts.
